Nemko <\/span>becomes sole owner<\/span> of Nemko <\/span>Norlab<\/span><\/h3>\n

Nemko Group AS <\/span>has acquired the rest of <\/span>the <\/span>shares of Nemko <\/span>Norlab<\/span> and <\/span>is now <\/span><\/span>the sole owner of the company<\/span><\/span>. <\/span>The purpose is to <\/span>further increase collaboration between the two businesses<\/span> to meet the needs of existing and future customers in a competent and cost-efficient manner.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

In June, <\/span>Nemko Group AS<\/span> acquir<\/span>ed<\/span> 58% <\/span>of the shares <\/span>in SMK Lab Holding AS<\/span> who owns<\/span> 100% of the shares of<\/span> Nemko <\/span>Norlab<\/span> (<\/span>previously<\/span> SINTEF <\/span>Norlab<\/span>)<\/span>.<\/span> The opportunities <\/span>and market synergies <\/span>experienced<\/span> since then make the <\/span>purchase<\/span> of<\/span> the remaining 42% of the shares <\/span><\/span>a natural next step.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Nemko is a global organization that offers market access services<\/span>, <\/span><\/span>product testing, inspection and certification services<\/span><\/span> to more than 150 countries<\/span>, while Nemko <\/span>Norlab<\/span> primarily <\/span>supports Norwegian customers<\/span> within environmental monitoring, chemical analyses, microbiology and veterinary medicine<\/span>.<\/span> <\/span>The purpose of\u202f<\/span><\/span>combining <\/span>Nemko<\/span> Norlab\u2019s<\/span> competencies with Nemko\u2019s is enabling the development of an integrated global services portfolio to support existing and new services <\/span>driving<\/span> the green transition<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
